Toné!, to supergroup Lucy Pearl, to a successful solo career, Saadiq has remained on the frontline of the Neosoul movement as its greatest treasure and its most indestructible weapon. One doesn’t last in the industry without transformation and adaptation, yet Saadiq gracefully prevails while remaining true to the root of soul music.
